 General Manager - At the age of 17, Carese started her career in the mortgage business under the tutelage of her father, himself a 35 year veteran of the trade. “My father was a genius. He thought globally in the workplace before globalization had actually begun.” Carese bought her first home when she was merely 18 years old, giving her first hand knowledge of the thrill of achieving the American dream. She has a genuine passion for the mortgage business, and is fiercely dedicated to getting each and every client the best deal the finance market has to offer. Her clients appreciate Carese’s sincere interest in them and her acute sensitivity to their needs. The first-time homebuyer is as important to Carese as is the experienced buyer or investor. Carese was born and raised in Seattle and was locally educated. She currently resides in downtown Seattle. She holds a BA from Western Washington University in Finance and Economics, and a MBA from Seattle Pacific University. Rimma moved from Spokane to Bellevue in 1995 and began working for Kip Busby, a highly regarded mortgage banker who became her mentor. She began in the business from scratch not knowing a single person in the Seattle area. Rimma’s passion for helping people along with her caring personality has boosted hundreds of members of her community to become first generation homeowners.
